Be In The Mile

We worked with Ruffwear to create this short, poetic piece about how our dogs bring us into the present moment. Shot over three seasons in Flagstaff, AZ and Boulder, CO.

It's not about pace, time, or average heart rate. It's not about miles covered or vertical gain. It's not about speed workouts, hill repeats, or races. It's not about personal records. We run because it makes us feel how truly alive we are.
